who we are
Be Different Packaging is the trading name of Victor The Label (Pty) Ltd, a South African supplier of cosmetic bottles, jars, tubes and closures.

We sell online only. The address is where the business operates, not a walk-in shop.
payments
Card payments are processed by Paystack. Card details are entered in Paystack's checkout and are not stored on our servers.
Checkout uses 3-D Secure where the card issuer requires it and TLS for the connection between your browser and the site. Prices are charged in rand; other currencies are a display conversion.
We do not run countdown timers, fake stock levels or “only 3 left” messages.
delivery
Goods ship worldwide. Lead time and shipping cost are shown before you pay, and the order confirmation records what you were quoted.
If a parcel arrives damaged, short or with the wrong item, report it within 7 days with a photo. Keep the goods. We replace or credit; nothing needs to be sent back.
privacy and data
We hold the details needed to run an account and deliver an order: name, email, address, order history and any artwork you upload. We use Resend for transactional email and Paystack for payments.
We do not sell personal information. Marketing email is opt-in and every send has an unsubscribe link.
security
If you find a security issue, email admin@bedifferentpackaging.com with the subject line “security concern”. Include what you found and how to reproduce it. Do not access, change or download data that is not yours.
We do not publish SOC 2, ISO or PCI badges we do not hold. No badge wall, no “100% secure” claim. The payment processor, the connection and the legal documents are the evidence.
accessibility
The storefront targets WCAG 2.2 AA. It is usable with a keyboard, at 200% zoom, and without relying on colour alone to communicate state.
