How shipping works

We ship worldwide. Most orders, including branded and customised ones, arrive in about 4–6 weeks. Larger or fully custom runs can take a little longer; we'll tell you the expected timeline for your order.

We deliver to South Africa, the UK, USA, the EU and Australia. We handle the freight and customs clearance, so you don't have to manage the import yourself, and we share tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping is priced live at checkout based on your destination and order size - no hidden fees. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.

Glass arriving broken is the most common complaint people have when they buy empty packaging online, so it is worth being specific about what we do.

• Boxed and protected. Every order goes out in a box with protective packing inside it. Nothing ships loose in a bag.
• Checked before it leaves us. Orders are inspected before dispatch, so chipped, scratched or short stock is pulled rather than sent on to you.
• Closure matched to its bottle. The pump, dropper or lid ships as a matched pair with the bottle it was made for. A neck and a closure that were never designed for each other is the usual reason a bottle that looked fine empty starts leaking once it is filled.
