How shipping works

We ship worldwide. Most orders, including branded and customised ones, arrive in about 3 to 5 weeksdoor to door. That covers packing, consolidation and the air freight leg. Larger custom runs can take a little longer, and we'll tell you the timeline for your order.

We deliver to South Africa, the UK, USA, the EU and Australia.

Checkout usually gives you two options.

• Fast. Air freight, arriving in about 3 to 5 weeks. Duties and customs clearance are included in the price you pay at checkout, so nothing extra is billed on arrival.
• Save. On South African orders that are big enough to justify it, sea freight is offered as a cheaper alternative. Delivery is closer to 8 to 12 weeks and import duties are payable when the parcel clears customs on your side. Checkout labels this clearly and shows both options side by side.

Shipping is priced live at checkout from your destination, weight and box dimensions. You see the exact cost before you pay.

Glass arriving broken is the most common complaint people have when they buy empty packaging online, so it is worth being specific about what we do.

• Boxed and protected. Every order goes out in a box with protective packing inside it. Nothing ships loose in a bag.
• Checked before it leaves us. Orders are inspected before dispatch, so chipped, scratched or short stock is pulled rather than sent on to you.
• Closure matched to its bottle. The pump, dropper or lid ships as a matched pair with the bottle it was made for. A neck and a closure that were never designed for each other is the usual reason a bottle that looked fine empty starts leaking once it is filled.
