Returns & breakages
You never have to send anything back to us. If something arrives broken or wrong, a photo is the whole process. Posting glass across the country costs more than the glass and helps nobody.
Damaged, faulty, short or wrong
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and send a photo or two, including the outer carton if it took a knock. Keep the goods. We will replace the affected units on your next shipment, or credit your account, whichever you prefer.
If something turns out to be faulty within 6 months of delivery, the choice is yours: replacement or refund. That is your right under the Consumer Protection Act, not a favour, and we would rather say so than leave you to find out.

Branded and printed orders
A run carrying your logo has no second customer, so printed orders are final once you have approved the artwork. Faults are still covered exactly as above.
Printing starts at 2,500 units and plain stock starts at 10, so if you are unsure about fit, finish or colour, order a small quantity of the plain item first and hold it in your hand before you commit to a print run. Check artwork, colours and placement carefully at approval.
