Roll-on bottle
Also written as rollerball, roller bottle, eye roller.
A bottle closed with a rotating ball, dispensing a thin film. Common for eye serums, perfume oils and targeted treatments.
What it needs from a bottle
The ball material matters more than the bottle. Steel feels cold on skin and reads as clinical, plastic is cheaper and warmer. Both leak if the housing is loose, so this is a component to sample before committing.
