Propolis

Also written as propolis ampoule, bee propolis.

A sticky resin used at high percentages in Korean ampoules. Amber-coloured, tacky, and prone to stringing.

What it needs from a bottle

Stickiness at the neck is the failure mode. Propolis ampoules gum their own threads and the customer ends up with a bottle they cannot open cleanly. Specify a smooth internal shoulder and expect to wipe-test the closure.
