December is decided in August
Most orders arrive in about 4 to 6 weeks, door to door. A gift-set range that needs to be on a table in the first week of December is an order placed in September, not November, and we would rather say so now than take the order and disappoint you.
Lids and vessels bought together
A lid that does not fit is a candle you cannot sell. Buy the pair from one place and the fit is our problem rather than yours.
Breakage handled without an argument
Send a photo. Keep the goods. We replace or credit. Glass travels a long way to reach you and pretending otherwise helps nobody.

- What is the minimum order for candle jars?
- Ten units. That is enough to test a vessel with a real pour before committing a season's stock to it.
- How long does a candle vessel order take to arrive?
- About 4 to 6 weeks door to door. For a December range, order in September. Orders are consolidated before they ship, so a shorter figure would not be honest.
- Can I get lids that fit the vessels?
- Yes, and buying both from us is the point. Matching a lid bought elsewhere to a vessel bought here is a fit problem you would own alone.
- What happens if the glass arrives broken?
- Send a photo and keep the goods. We replace or credit. You are never asked to ship damaged glass back.
